In 2023, coinciding with the launch of Conscious Collective, I lead the editorial direction of a one-of-a-kind research report initiated by Godrej Design Lab, that attempted to answer the question: what does conscious living mean in India?
 
Titled “Understanding Conscious Living in India”, this report hoped to create conversations that sparked ideas and more importantly, our collective conscience, towards better living with regards to our spaces, materials, and the environment.

Highlights

Together with Unbox Cultures, team GDL and Studio HAT, we were able delve into the essence of sustainability in the built environment, exploring the dynamic interplay between spaces, materials, and the environment. We zeroed in on ‘4 Big Shifts’ that have the potential to shape conscious living within India’s complex socio-economic climate.

Additionally, I moderated an insightful conversation with Nyrika Holkar of Godrej Enterprises Group and Rahul Mehrotra, architect, author and educator, on the need for conscious shifts and provocations across domains of design, architecture and business in India.
